OUR SERVICES
Our organization offers a diverse range of services aimed at fostering personal and community engagement. Our Home Economics & Life Skills program equips individuals with essential skills for everyday living, while our Adopt an Elder initiative connects younger generations with seniors for mutual support and companionship. We also promote entrepreneurship through workshops that encourage innovative thinking and business development. Our Community Outreach initiatives aim to strengthen local connections, and our "Let's Talk About It" round table sessions provide a safe space for open dialogue on issues. Lastly, our field trip programs offer hands-on learning experiences that understanding and foster collaboration within the community.
Home Economics & Life Skills
Teaching the fundamentals of sewing is essential for anyone looking to enhance their skills. In our program, we will cover the basics, including how to sew on buttons, place a hem on a pair of pants or a skirt, and perform basic stitch. Additionally, our classes introduce students to the delightful art of baking pastries, ensuring they gain a well-rounded experience both sewing and culinary skills. Join us to learn these techniques and unleash your creativity!
Adopt an Elder Program
The program involves creating a supportive in-house living facility designed specifically for our elders, fostering nurturing environment where they can thrive. Children will have the wonderful opportunity to form a meaningful bond with an elder, akin to that of a grandparent. Together, we will engage in a variety of enriching activities, including heartwarming visits creative arts and crafts sessions, fun games, and regular wellness checks. Our primary goal is to ensure the happiness and well-being of our elders, creating lasting memories and connections that benefit both generations.
Entrepreneurship
Empowering young girls ages 7-17 to embrace entrepreneurship is crucial for fostering creativity and ambition. Through hands-on workshops, mentorship programs, and engaging activities, we provide opportunities for them to learn the fundamentals of starting and a business. Our goal is to inspire the next generation of female leaders,ipping them with the skills and confidence needed to turn their ideas into reality.
